A commercially astute International Sales Manager/Director with particular strengths in the B2B Sales and Marketing of a wide variety of technical products within the Life Sciences, Diagnostics & Medical Devices Sectors. I have outstanding leadership skills in the recruitment, training, management and motivation of international cross-functional teams and in the appraisal process to set targets and objectives to monitor and manage performance. I also possess excellent stakeholder management skills in the presentation, selling and negotiation of contracts with customers to increase sales and to build & maintain strong working relationships. I am structured and methodical in the analysis of market and customer information to identify new business opportunities and in the preparation and execution of detailed planning and forecasting processes to deliver improved customer service. Additionally, I am fluent in French and German.
