The BIVDA Code of conduct is intended to provide guidance on the interactions of BIVDA members with healthcare professionals in the UK and generally, elsewhere. The code sets out standards appropriate to various types of relationships with healthcare professionals. This code is not intended to supplant or supersede UK law, regulations or professional codes (including company codes) that may impose particular requirements upon BIVDA members or healthcare professionals. BIVDA members should independently ascertain that thier interactions with healthcare professionals comply with all current national law, regulations and relevant professional codes of conduct.
