Arnold & Porter LLP's Dr. Lincoln Tsang Appointed to UK Department of Health, Life Sciences.
Washington, D.C., London, May 26 2004 - The UK Department of Health has appointed Dr. Lincoln Tsang, a life sciences lawyer in the London office of Arnold & Porter LLP, to serve as a non-executive member on the National Biological Standards Board which oversees the National Institute for Bioligical Standardisation and Control (NIBSC). The appointment took effect on 1 May 2004.
Dr Tsang is a qualified lawyer and a pharmacist with postgraduate training in biochemical toxicology. He pratices law relating to life sciences in Arnold & Porter's London office. He is a former head of biologicals and biotechnology of the UK Regulatory Agency.
