The Irish Medicines Board (IMB) is the Competent Authority for In vitro Diagnostic Medical devices in Ireland.
We will be holding an IVD Information Day on Friday 6th November 2009. This Information Day will be held in the Camden Court Hotel, Dublin 2.
Agenda items include:
IVD Legislation – Current and Future Developments
Impact of International Issues on future IVD developments
Auditing of IVD manufacturers and key issues to date
The National Vigilance System for IVDs
The afternoon session will focus on Case Studies relating to IVD Vigilance Issues.
A question and answer session will take place after each session. This event may be of interest to some UK-based IVD manufacturers.
